Mechanical Systems – Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and operation
Plumbing Systems – Piping, fixtures, supply and waste lines, drains, and water heaters
Electrical Systems – Service entrance, panels, wiring, outlets, lighting, and backup power (if present)
Fire & Life Safety Systems – Egress routes, fire alarms and detectors, emergency lighting, exit signs, and fire doors
Accessibility Features – Ramps, accessible entrances, restrooms, and pathways (where applicable)
Site & Property Features – Parking areas, sidewalks, site drainage, landscaping, grading, and exterior lighting
Special or Use-Specific Areas – Kitchens, storage areas, manufacturing spaces, retail areas, and more (as applicable)
